Start Earning

Let's Turn idle into income. Start earning now.

Step 1: Tap “Earn” in the Bottom Menu

This is your gateway to earning yield through curated strategies.

Step 2: Explore Strategies Based on Your Idle Assets

SuperIntent shows a curated list of strategies based on your idle tokens and other smart selection criteria from your wallet

.

If you see a blank page, it could be because:

📖 You currently don’t have crypto in your wallet.

  • You can deposit tokens into your wallet from another wallet or a centralized exchange or Buy Crypto directly. Check (Section - How to deposit funds into your wallet)

  • There are no matching strategies for the tokens you own as of now → Try tapping the "Discover" tab to explore all available strategies

  • You may hold the right token, but on an unsupported blockchain For example, currently we offer USDC strategies on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base, but if your USDC is on Polygon, it won’t show matching results here.

→ You can use XY Finance to bridge your USDC to the chains we currently support.

📌 In Phase 1, SuperIntent supports only a limited number of chains and protocols to ensure platform stability and security.More chains and protocols will be added in future updates.

Step 3: Choose the Token You Want to Start Earning With

Tap the token you’d like to put to work. You may see multiple strategies available for the same token.

Step 4: Select a Strategy

Tap a strategy to view its details.

📖 The same token and protocol strategy may display different APYs on different blockchains. By default, SuperIntent shows strategies on the chain where you currently hold the token. In the example above, you can see that USDT AAVE strategies are available on Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, and Polygon. Since you hold USDT on Ethereum, the app displays the USDT AAVE strategy on Ethereum by default.

If you want to switch from your current working strategy instead of using idle tokens, you can switch from your Current Position tab. (This option only appears if you already have positions in the selected token and chain. So you don’t need to withdraw and invest in Earn again)

Step 5: Enter Investment Amount

Input the amount you want to invest in the selected strategy. You can tap “Max” to automatically fill in the available balance of that token on the current chain.

📖 Gas Requirement

To complete the transaction, make sure you have enough gas tokens on the same blockchain. For example: If you want to invest USDC (the token) into Compound (the strategy) on Arbitrum (the blockchain), you need to hold a small amount of ETH(Gas Token) on Arbitrum as gas. Think of it like paying a small toll fee to use the blockchain highway.

You can easily prepare gas using XY Finance’s Refuel function to swap small amounts into the correct gas token.

⚡ Gasless Coming Soon

SuperIntent is currently working on a Gasless Feature. In the future, you will be able to pay gas fees more flexibly without needing to hold native tokens on each chain. For example, investing USDT (Token) into AAVE (Strategy) on Ethereum (Blockchain)requires ETH on Ethereum for gas. With Gasless, you can pay gas in USDT and SuperIntent handles it for you.

Step 6: Review & Approve in your wallet

  • Tap “Next” to review the details.

  • Then, tap “Approve” in SuperIntent to continue.

  • Your wallet will now prompt you to grant permission with a spending cap request to SuperIntent.

📖 "Approve" means you give SuperIntent permission to access a specific token in your wallet with a spending cap, so it can be deposited into a strategy. You set the spending cap to define how much SuperIntent can access. By default, the cap equals the amount you intend to invest.

This is a standard and safe mechanism in DeFi used with non-custodial wallets, ensuring your assets always remain under your ownership.

Step 7: Confirm to Deposit

After clicking “Approve” or “Confirm” in your wallet, you’ll be redirected back to the SuperIntent app.

  • You’ll have a final chance to review and, if needed, edit the investment amount.

Note: If the amount exceeds the spending cap you set, the transaction will fail.

Step 8: Confirm in your Wallet to Start Earning

  • Tap “Deposit” in SuperIntent.

  • Your wallet will prompt you again - click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

  • That’s it! You’ll be redirected back to SuperIntent automatically, and your strategy will start running immediately. ❗If the transaction fails, please refer to the FAQ for troubleshooting

📖 Why “Confirm” in Wallet?

In traditional finance apps or centralized exchanges, the platform holds your assets, so confirming inside the app is enough.

In DeFi, SuperIntent is non-custodian, meaning we never hold your money or your wallet private key (which works like the password to your wallet). Because only you control your wallet, every transaction must be confirmed inside your wallet app.

This extra step keeps your funds safe and guarantees that not even SuperIntent can move your money without your approval.

📖 Why “You receive” in the wallet confirmation message sometimes looks smaller than your investment The “You receive” section does not show your total investment value. It shows the receipt tokens the protocol returns to you, such as LP tokens, cTokens, gTokens, or aTokens.

What are receipt tokens

When you deposit into a DeFi protocol, you receive a token that represents your share and your claim on the underlying assets and yield.

You can imagine it like a digital receipt that proves your investment.Receipt tokens are like fund units in traditional finance. They represent how much you own in the fund pool. The actual value depends on the unit price (like NAV in mutual funds). That is, the unit price of these tokens is not always 1 USDC, so the number you see in “You Receive” is a token quantity rather than a USD-equivalent value. This is why it often looks smaller than the USDC, USDT, or other original token you put in.
