Pre-Subscription Terms & Conditions

Latest Updated: 2026 / 1 / 20 Pre-subscription is an early-supporter pre-order program (the “Program”). The Program includes: (i) future Subscription access (with the subscription period starting from the date the Subscription service is officially launched), and (ii) certain early-supporter benefits (including but not limited to an NFT, Mission Multiplier, Pre-sub Airdrop Allocation, and any other benefits that may be announced from time to time, collectively, the “Early Benefits”).

The Subscription service and its features (including but not limited to APY Boost, Alpha Alerts, transaction fee discounts, Position Auto Optimization, and other advanced AI features) may be adjusted, changed, delayed, or released in phases due to product development progress, risk controls, third-party protocol limitations, system/security considerations, compliance/regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond SuperIntent’s control. Such features may also be unavailable or inapplicable to certain regions, users, assets, chains, or protocols. SuperIntent does not guarantee the availability of any specific feature, any specific magnitude (including any APY Boost rate/value), or availability at any specific time. Final availability and details shall be determined by SuperIntent’s announcements and the product interface as ultimately presented.

SuperIntent does not provide investment, legal, tax, or any other professional advice, and does not guarantee any yields, returns, or performance (including but not limited to any implication that returns may “cover subscription fees” or “improve long-term performance”). Any simulations, examples, estimates, or backtests are for reference only and do not constitute any commitment or guarantee. You acknowledge and agree that all on-chain activities involve risks, including but not limited to market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, third-party protocol risks, liquidation risk, insufficient liquidity, slippage, network congestion, gas/fee fluctuations, MEV, cross-chain risks, and other unforeseeable risks. You are solely responsible for evaluating and bearing all risks and losses, and SuperIntent shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses.

The Early Benefits (including but not limited to airdrop allocation, Multiplier, and NFT-related events/benefits) may be adjusted in terms of distribution rules, eligibility criteria, quantities, forms, or timelines due to compliance/regulatory requirements, third-party constraints, risk controls, or other factors. Where necessary, SuperIntent may replace Early Benefits with an equivalent or alternative mechanism, or cancel them under certain circumstances. The final amount and distribution method of the Pre-sub Airdrop Allocation are not guaranteed and may depend on the number of participants, rule changes, and subsequent announcements.

Your Subscription access and Early Benefits will be bound to the wallet address used to complete the Pre-subscription purchase. Unless explicitly announced by SuperIntent or approved on a case-by-case basis, changing the bound wallet address is not supported after the transaction is completed. You must ensure you use the same wallet address to pay for Pre-subscription, log in to SuperIntent (Web/iOS), and use Mission (if applicable). The Pre-subscription purchase is generally non-refundable. In the event of system errors such as duplicate charges, SuperIntent may handle the issue at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

SuperIntent reserves the final right to interpret the Program and all Subscription-related content, benefits, distribution rules, eligibility criteria, and mechanisms, and may update, modify, or adjust them as necessary from time to time. Continued participation in or use of the Program and related services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
